configuration option to have "Email User" run as the logged on user rather than the account runnng the console Merged

Email User doesn’t work for us as we use Config Manager console with “run as” to run as an admin account which has admin rights to everything, but which doesn’t have email access.

    I have attached two ScreenShots. after ok'ing the message in SS2, nothing happens whether outlook is open or not.
