Choose user account to run browser extension under
Our environment has separate administrator logins for our endpoint team. When we launch MECM with our admin accounts, RCT uses the admin account to access and manage devices, etc.
The Intune plugin uses the user context that the browser is running under to launch the apps needed to manage devices. It would be nice to be able for the extension to select the Windows user account for the tools to run under.
EDIT: If you're able to create an Edge profile and sign into your admin account, the extension works as expected.

configuration option to have "Email User" run as the logged on user rather than the account runnng the console
Email User doesn’t work for us as we use Config Manager console with “run as” to run as an admin account which has admin rights to everything, but which doesn’t have email access.

Future consideration
This. In general I wish there was better user identity control with both RMS and the Recast extension. The extension console page also doesn't show what the identity is, it simply says Local account. If testing permissions with different identities you cannot tell what identity you're currently using.
Furthermore, there is no way to easily change identities within the extension. The only time I can change which identity I'm using is after the session has expired and the extension forces me to reauthenticate.
Second this. We use AVD with every day accounts, but run ConfigMgr console under our secondary accounts. Would be nice to have the ability to configure with different user credentials. Currently unable to use the extension.
