Give Right Click Tools option run as a different account

It'd be great if we had the ability to specify additional accounts for use with Right Click Tools. Not everything I do from the account I run my MECM Console with has the privieleges needed to run Right Click Tools everywhere, so I just can't use them on all devices currently. If we would specify another account or accounts for use, it would really help with this.
