We have tried using EI in our environment and it's not compatible. We spent several months with your team trying to get it working but until devices can be separated by something other than SN, all devices in our environment show as one single device. Since we no longer have it, I couldn't comment either way on this but I do recall that at the time, the existing reports were only part of what I was requesting and did not do what I needed.
That would be closer but in a dashboard view that could show monthly progress stats (so we can determine if it's an ongoing issue). Then be able to push the patches from there. I'm sure it's best to put a visual together of what I'm referring to.
When the product was sold, it was pushed to me as though EI provided greater insight to patching issues, which was a high selling point. It seems as though you're just pointing to canned SCCM reports so I'm trying to find an EI report that gives me more info than SCCM already does.
Essentially, it would be a report/dashboard of ONLY devices missing updates, how many updates are missing and being able to drill down to look at those updates.
I've seen the built-in SCCM reports and I'm looking for something more similar to the EI Health Dashboard but just devices missing updates. The canned reports either show everything or unimportant info. I'm just putting in a request of what I'd like to see
In Endpoint Insights, I always start on Overall Dashboard and drill down to the Computer SU details. because these are SSRS reports, you can export then at any point.
Can you tell me which report has this info please? I see the Software Update Health Dashboard with several different states but nothing with just a "devices missing updates"

There's a Right Click Tool Dashboard that can show you all the devices missing updates or which updates are missing from a device. https://docs.recastsoftware.com/features/Security_And_Compliance/SUDS/index.html
So you mean more like the Patch Compliance Progression by Collection also within EI. Which will drill down to Computer Software Update Details.
Is that what you are looking for???

List of Computers With a Particular Software Update

Just to confirm you have Endpoint Insights, right?
