Inside of Recast Roles, add the options for the Patching panel under Permissions, the same way Privileged Access, Administration, etc are. The ability to lock this down for tiers of users is required of some environments.

Update RMS Audit Log to indicate when an action was run over fast channel

Currently when an action is routed over the fast channel there is no indication on the audit log that it used the fast channel. Instead it says that the action used the proxy route. Let's update that so its more clear how actions are being routed.
