Allow to create custom applications and host the installation media in Recast Cloud without a need of internal Recast Proxy and UNC path. This is important especially for Intune only customers without any on-prem servers.

One of the pain points in patching is we have to manually create collections for each application we want to target for patching. Some type of option to automate this creation would be helpful.
