Limit automatic updates to only minor or patch versions

I would like to prevent RCT Patching performing automatic major or minor version updates. I want to be able to control in my deployment/update process or application level what updates to push to my environment:

• Patch (x.x.x) level automatic updates would be done

• Minor/patch (x.x.x) level automatic updates would be done

• Major/minor/patch (x.x.x) level automatic updates would be done (current functionality)

This would help me to keep applications secure without the risk of pushing major/minor versions that might change end user experience or even require licensing updates.
