Installed Applications notifications and List for End-Users
End users need to have the ability to see what was installed recently on their devices. Applications like Software Center and Company Portal allow users to see latest updates and applications and allow uninstalls as well.

Update RMS Audit Log to indicate when an action was run over fast channel
Currently when an action is routed over the fast channel there is no indication on the audit log that it used the fast channel. Instead it says that the action used the proxy route. Let's update that so its more clear how actions are being routed.
