Adding filters to shortcuts

We have many packages with multiple shortcuts at our customers. Sometimes, not all shortcuts of the package should be available for alle users.
For example. The Microsoft office application has shortcuts for Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. which are for the entitlement "all users" or "all devices", etc.
But the shortcuts Visio and Project, only for specific users.

The same with a package which contains a shortcut for production and a shortcut for Acceptance/test.

Now we have to create multiple packages the set the correct entitlement for the shortcuts, which is not ideal, when the shortcuts belong the the same application. It would be better to keep everyting from the application in one package.

To do so we can add the filter option at shortcuts, so we can decice in which case (context, condition set, etc) the shortcut should be visible.

For us it will already be helpfull to have the option to choose which shortcuts we want to use. So let us manage the availability of the shortcut. As example the PDF24 software. It had a Launcher and a toolbox. But the toolbox shortcut is not necessary. But you cant remove only 1 shortcut from the workspace.

    - Maybe show us the shortcuts when creating the package from the setupstore and let the creator choose what shortcuts he/she wants to add to the package.
