Make all agent.json options available from Recast AW portal

Many Agent settings are now available from the Recast AW portal but some of them are still missing. For example:
Agentpackagetemp folder
Start menu shortcut location (to set in which (sub)folder the shortcuts will be placed)
Etc.

Also with the new agentbootstrapper which can install the agent without an agent.json by using command line parameters, it would be nice to centrally set those missing agent settings from the portal.
