OS Requirement setting
Add a feature which would allows us to set the OS requirements from RAM. Currently we have to edit the Application Package each time Chrome gets updated to allow it to install on Server Operating Systems.

As a related thing we are planning to do change for how ConfigMgr OS requirement rules are build for Server operating systems. This would probably solve most of the need to overwrite the OS requirement rules.
