Allow cleanup of older previous versions for Available with Forced Upgrade

I know that there needs to be a previous version for Application Manager to use for superseedence. However, it would be nice to cleanup any versions older than that. Please make this an option as I will have a ton of cleanup to do in just a couple months of running this. And to clean up the deployments off the previous version

We are planning to allow customer to enable automatic cleanup and then specify the number of previous versions to keep, before our automatic cleanup will remove those from ConfigMgr.
