Allow cleanup of older previous versions for Available with Forced Upgrade

I know that there needs to be a previous version for Application Manager to use for superseedence. However, it would be nice to cleanup any versions older than that. Please make this an option as I will have a ton of cleanup to do in just a couple months of running this. And to clean up the deployments off the previous version
