"Run All" for Client Actions in Right Click Tools

Have a selection under "Right Click Tools --> Client Actions" titled "Run All" that would trigger each of those existing Client Actions one at a time rather than having to manually trigger each one individually.

    FYI There is a built-in builder action "All Client Policies" that will run all actions on a device.
