When you run an Application Deployment, have it recreate the deployment in ConfigMgr

I have been playing with Application Manager and when you have a deployment that you may have originally set for one collection (and the process is ran), it creates that deployment in ConfigMgr. However, if you change the collection that you are deploying to in Application Manager, and re-run the deployment from there, it doesn't go into the currently deployed application in ConfigMgr and modify or change the existing deployment. This process should replace the existing ConfigMgr deployment with the updated deployment settings from Application Manager.
