It would be useful to have the ability to edit a deployment created by App manager before deployment

To allow modifications do to the application before AM creates the deployments. would need to pause the deployment process and require manual resume to create the deployments after application has been modified.
As a alternative ways, you could add delay before the first deployment and then use email notifications that we will release very soon, to send you a notification when you need to go to ConfigMgr or Intune to modify the application before the deployments starts. Or you could create deployment process without any deployment steps, so in that case AM would create only the application, not any deployments. Then you could create deployments in ConfigMgr or Intune after you have modified the application that AM created for you.
It would be useful be able edit a deployment created by App Man to allow change to detection etc. This would be half way between an App Man deployment and a custom one. As the automation would be there but can be edited for local use depending on the environment
