Fix Warranty Expiration Date to show the correct date when there is another date for a service like Dell ProDeploy Basic

We have Dell devices showing the incorrect warranty expiration date. They are showing the expiration date of ProDeploy basic coverage instead of the actual warranty expiration date. Please fix so it shows the correct date.

It was all on the back end.

Oh, nice, thank you! Was this fixed in the backend, or do we need to deploy a new agent?

This has been corrected and you will see the results with any new computer ASAP. All existing ones will update within "90 days". If you need it faster, contact the support team.

    Hi Garth,

We originally opened a support ticket but were told to submit an idea. Request (14347). I think we were only asked for one machine on that ticket. Please let me know, we can provide additional systems and if needed we can open another support ticket.

Please open a support ticket. Additional provide them with a few serial numbers that we can review the data that we retrieve from Dell's API.
