I am interested in your Shift Left product but we use FreshDesk from FreshService for our ITIL solution. Is that a integration that would be possible?

    Thank you so much for submitting this ask - we truly value your interest and feedback. At this time, we don't have plans to add other integrations beyond ServiceNow for the ShiftLeft product.
