Add right click client action for "Install Client"

We have actions for repair and uninstall client, install client would be useful to have as well. Even though ConfigMgr has a built in client install right click action, it uses the client push account which has inherent insecurities. A right click action would use either the technicians account or the recast agent to perform the action getting around the issue of the client push account. Assuming the install parameters were also configurable in some way, this could be used during site migrations as well to switch clients to a new hierarchy.
