Allow custom filters on packages from the Liquit Setup Store
Allow to add release filters to managed packages without need to turn into un-managed package. We do no need to remove or edit any existing filters set by Liquit, we simply like to add additional filters for more granular control.
By setting additional release level filters to managed packages we can set applicability filters that are evaluated before the package is downloaded to the machine. We can use this to check for custom registry filters or file paths to only download and apply package updates if the applicability criteria is fulfilled and patch during session lock rather than on application launch.

Managed Packages from Setup Store, be able to set filters on Package.
When a package is created from Setup Store and is managed, the Filter(s) are not available to set. I would like to set them to If .exe exists and if .exe is less than version, so the install package will not install older versions of the software. It would be nicer if these filters would come from the setup store :)
