RCT: Enable Customization of the Browser Extension Menu

Today, the Right Click Tools browser extension displays the same set of menu options to all users, regardless of their role, permissions, or organization's requirements.

Administrators should have the ability to customize the browser extension menu by hiding, disabling, or reorganizing menu entries. This would allow organizations to:

• Remove actions that are not used in their environment.

• Hide features that users do not have permission to execute.

• Simplify the user experience by reducing menu clutter.

• Improve security by only exposing actions that are relevant to a user's role.

• Align the browser extension experience with the customization capabilities available in the ConfigMgr console extension.

Ideally, menu customization could be managed centrally and applied based on user permissions, roles, or other administrative settings.
