Decline and Undecline Software Update

Create a right click tool for Software Updates that would allow you to mark an update as declined from the ConfigMgr console. This would help in cases where you would otherwise need scripting or to use the WSUS console to do it. Create a companion tool that allows you to undecline them.

Include this tool for RCT Patching/Enterprise customers, provide PLG experience for everyone else.
