Service now integration (not working currently)

Problem Statement:

The integration currently relies on the hostname field as a unique identifier but enforces an exact match (=) filter. Currently record stored inside ServiceNow contains appended information—such as the hostname combined with the model—the integration fails to retrieve any data from the CMDB because the lookup results in no match.

Proposed Solution:

Enhance the integration to support alternate matching methods, such as a "Contains" filter, alongside the existing exact match mechanism. This allows organizations flexibility in environments where hostnames are not stored as standalone values, preventing integration failures while still leveraging the hostname for unique records.
