LocalAdmin Translation for RightClickTools Enterprise Standalone

Today most of the tools by default get access denied on our Entra Joined Co Managed Devices, Things like MECM Remote Control, and RDP work fine so im guessing the access is a issue with how RightClickTools Enterprise (no Server) tries to pass credentials.

Environment Information: Entra join uses a Entra Group SID of a Cloud Security Group to give admin access to the accounts of different flavors. These accoutns are all Hybrid, I am guessing there is just more pre requisites outside of the Recast documentation that could potentially hack and slash this to work today but most of the tools like run MachinePolicy, Remote Software Center get access denied today. But still works fine on our Domain Joined devices but we have began to move to Autopilot V2 and Entra join Co Management with our techs primarily living in MECM Console.
