When a user doesn't have permission to use a tool within RCT, I don't want them to see that the tool in the Right Click Tools menus. The current state is that those tools are visible but grayed out in the Console Extension user interface.

When a win 32 app fails it takes 24 hours before it retries again. Having a way to clear the registry keys to force it to run again immediately would be useful

I think it would be more efficient to have all application options presented up-front during application/deployment process creation, instead of having to go back and edit the application options after initial creation.
