It would be great to have Jira instead of just ServiceNow

I have to select the sort by name every time I open up a new instance, and it would be really nice to have a default sort that the user could set.

For those of us who use Intune/Entra LAPS and BitLocker, it would be nice to have the dashboards include those or have some type of Entra dashboard.

When a win 32 app fails it takes 24 hours before it retries again. Having a way to clear the registry keys to force it to run again immediately would be useful

When a user doesn't have permission to use a tool within RCT, I don't want them to see that the tool in the Right Click Tools menus. The current state is that those tools are visible but grayed out in the Console Extension user interface.

We wish Recast would integrate Right Click Tools to App Workspace (Liquit), at least for adding entitlement (delivery) target resources to a collection or group. Currently, we're using PowerShell script but why can't this just be a right-click UI ...
