Application Workspace

Can be usefull to add the company logo to it. Endusers will like that. Please make it possible to upload own ico or picture to customize it.

In the workspace window of Application Workspace there is by default the + symbol to create a personal shortcut ("Add link"). I would like to have the capability to turn this on or off so that some user/accounts don’t have the possibility to do so.
