Launcher for MacOS - add transparency to "group in managed folders"

Mac launcher shows a tile view with a very not so nice color tile (no tranparancy) in "group in managed folders".
Windows launcher shows a nice transparent view in a virtual popped up window when a grouped (tagged) package is clicked.

This idea is to make the Mac launcher look like the Windows launcher, add transparency when using "group in managed folders".
