Allow customers to replace all installation parameters in Application Manager, except file name, silent parameters and /i for msi packages.
Custom installation parameters are currently appended at the end of default installation command. This can cause the parameters not to work if the specified parameters have already been configured to the default installation command. As an example, Firefox default installation command contains /DesktopShortcut=false. If customer wants to create desktop shortcuts, specifying /DesktopShortcut=true custom parameter won't be applied during the installation as it's already in the installation command with different value.
