Add configurable warnings when right click actions are targeted at a large number of devices

In large environments, running actions to thousands of devices at once can cause negative impacts on infrastructure. I propose adding an "Are you sure" prompt whenever an action is targeted over a large number (configurable but could default at 1000) of devices. This would cause folks to pause and make sure they really want to do that action on that many devices before it runs. The audit log could also note that the user accepted running the action on those devices so that there is record of when this happens.
