Add and/or replace existing action with shortcut to built-in Collect Client Logs action in ConfigMgr

Currently Open Client Installation log file folder and Open client Log File Folder does not work over CMG or if you are not logged into windows with a user account that is also local admin on the target device. With adding a shortcut or way to surface the Collect Client Logs built-in to configmgr it can be ran in those scenarios.

    Thanks for the idea and the detailed explanation. What I'm hearing is that you need a reliable way to access or collect client logs from devices that are internet-connected, especially in scenarios where direct log folder access isn't available.

    Is that the core problem you're trying to solve, or is there something specific about the ConfigMgr Collect Client Logs workflow that makes it particularly valuable?
