Dark Mode Support

When using DarkMode in MECM the Recast Software node on the Assets and Compliance tab is completely unreadable. Would be nice if it could detect the theme and make the text have better readability.

    This should be higher priority, Due to accessibility concerns, some people need dark mode in order to see things better or prevent eye strain. This is almost completely unusable when MECM is in dark mode. For people who use this daily I would venture that this could be considered an ADA violation.

Right click tools text is black in console dark mode.

When the sccm console is set to dark mode, the text in the rct menu is black as well. Can that be changed to white in dark mode?

Update main page to be compatible with new dark mode

On Assets and Compliance page > Overview > Recast**** the lettering is not changing to something visible when using the new dark mode in SCCM 2203. This makes it practically unusable in that window. The right-click menu seems fine though.
