install user-deployed applications from the remote software center

We want our Helpdesk team to be able to install applications on user computers, via remote Software center, based on their Helpdesk user (or elevated rights user) account.

This would be a very useful feature to have. We make extensive use of SCCM user-based deployments that are managed through user collection where AD groups are set up to manage the user membership of that, which allows us to be more flexible than trying to manage computer collections.
