Add 'IsEnabled' Column to Maintenance Window-Advanced Collection

Using Right Click Tools, Client Tools, Show Collections - Advanced bring up collection information for a device including a tab for maintenance windows that the device has. It does not however, have a column for if the maintenance window is enabled or not which is crucial.

      As of version 5.4.2401.1004, the Show Collections - Advanced tool now shows whether a maintenance window is enabled.
