Exporting Query Results

It would be awesome if there was a way to right click on a query and export the results to excel/csv. There is no direct way to export the results of a query to a spreadsheet. You have to run the query, select the results (ctrl-a), copy the contents (ctrl-c) and then paste them into a blank spreadsheet.
