Provide an option to use alternate ticketing systems

We migrated from ServiceNow to Cherwell, and would love the ability to be able to open tickets directly into our Cherwell CMDB from the console. Is this something that is possible or planned?

    And we have now migrated from Cherwell to HALO. So perhaps include an option to add other ticketing systems APIs into RCT.
