Change 3-drop down boxes to 3 multi-select boxes for "Recently Used Application" report

We have software titles in Add Remove Programs that can have many different variations on a similar title. Having a multi-select box would allow us to select them all and view results in a single report rather than running the same (intensive) report over and over again.
