Increase Vote limits

The Ideas system allows only 15 votes for customer accounts. When creating more than 15 feature requests in the Ideas system, the creator is unable to vote for their own ideas. As such, they don't get the attention by other customers to vote for them. Voting limits should only be added to how many additional votes one can put on a single idea.

    I've updated the settings.

    Now each user has unlimited votes, but can only add one vote per idea.
