In Builder, make the Automation Community Repository and other resources discoverable

Builder can be intimidating when you are starting from scratch, but there are some amazing resources that can help people get going fast. Can the Builder UI be updated to include some sort of call-out that the Community Repository exists? While we're at it, could we include links to both the Automation Docs and the Automation playlist of YouTube videos?
