Warning message when changing agent settings for Offline mode

In the agent settings of Application Workspace, you have a setting for "Offline mode" under the cache settings. Enabling Offline mode can cause a significant amount of data to be downloaded to the existing agents. This can lead to overloaded data lines. I think it would be useful to display a warning message for this setting.

Offline mode is also enabled by default when creating new applications in Liquit. Perhaps it would be worth considering disabling this by default to minimize the impact?
