Events - Install package snapshot type

We would like to request a feature in Recast Application Workspace that enables visibility into an application's OTAP stage—Development, Test, Acceptance, or Production—at the time of installation. The event log confirms that an application has been installed, but does not indicate the specific stage/version. This insight could be important for effective operational management and reporting.
