Add time Zone display when Scheduling a restart or Shutdown
When setting up a scheduled restart or Shutdown via RightClickTools Console Tools it would be good to show the time zone that the server is going to apply when picking a time. As it is local server time this could be incorrect or on a timezone i wasn't aware it was setup
