Application Usage Monitoring Enhancements

Objective: Extend the AW Agent to track real-time application usage on devices.

Scope:

• Track how often and for how long and by whom the applications are actively used (runtime).

• Identify applications installed but not used.

• Capture user-level usage data in a privacy-compliant manner.

• Detect unused or underutilized applications.

Outcome: Enables visibility into actual software usage, supporting cleanup and optimization efforts.
