Same application different command line installs

Application is added to application manager that has the ability to have a "complete or full" install for some administrators, so they get all the functionality and menus (there could even be a licence associated to use the full features).

Then there is a separate command line that goes to a different group that gives them a cut down selection of features.

There is also another scenario where we are migrating office 32-bit to 64-bit and the application has a hardcoded path in the installation. We need the application to maintain updates for both command lines and users during the rollout.
