Custom RCT section

It would be fabulous to be able to move a few RCT items that are used all the time into a custom section so that we don’t constantly have to go so deep into the different menus – like accessing C$, Remote Software Center and maybe Remote Powershell. I know from different areas, but it would make life easier!
