Support Entra ID national clouds

We are currently having issues in our China office as per government restrictions we are using Microsoft Azure 21vianet.

As per Liquit documentation , was never mentioned about this limitation since it still an Azure instance, but located in China.

After discussed with Liquit support, they mentioned is not supported.

The issue is just a graph query to be updated, because Liquit deployment already works fine.

I hope this can be reviewed, because is a critical stopper for us.

I shared the screenshot explaining the exact issue which I believe should not require massive development as it needs to change only the graph API to be used the China graph instead. Ticket reference 4418
