Allow actions to be run as an elevated user within the user session

It is requested that elevated user support for .exe and .bat files be implemented. According to the documentation, this functionality is intended to be available, but it is currently not accessible for file formats other than .msi files.

Enabling this feature would significantly enhance the usability of older applications built on the .exe model, which often require administrative privileges for installation or execution. This support would ensure that users can install and run such applications without encountering permission-related issues, especially when administrative rights are necessary.
