Package usage dashboard in reporting

Cleanup Packages no longer used for more than specific date.

As Enterprise Company, we do have several requests where several departments request to create packages that might be used only once and stay enabled for long time without notifying us about deleting it.

The problem is that in a long run we might get a list of unused thousands packages no longer used and required internally.

By having a Scheduled Task to clean up packages where the last event generated (either Install or Launch event) is more than 2 years, we can automatically get it removed without worry to manually do any maintenance.
