Add internal note field to create package wizard

we have a central liquit store, its connected on the customers liquit portal to add applications. When we import an application only the fields "name" "package type" and "publish" are available.

It would be great if there is an info field visible when importing the app, we can add notes like please add this app also while importing, or some other important notes. Now we do this with changing the application name, as an example: Adobe Reader DC (Dutch) (Add Reader DC update - All languages on Create)

If you add as user the application within the store there is some info fields available, and there are the internal notes if you check our central store, because we are importing from the customer portal from our liquit store we don't get any other info field. if you need any more info or screens please let me know.
