Support for additional subnets

In order to get a specific context applied when a specific server is reachable, we would like to have a feature that can either:

1. Set Context if agent PP Tunnel IP is in subnet xx (AlwaysOn vpn creates more than 1 network interface, with different IP subnetting)

2. Have an extra action which sets the context for the agent.

For example, powershell dns ping bla.die.bla , and if outcome is success, then set context to Internal.
