Allow for email alerts to be configured in the dashboards

Liquit Dashboard Monitoring - It would be helpful if you would receive an alert, based on events. If, for example, a specific application is unable to install/launch five times the IT department pro-actively receives an e-mail. The information is readily available, but currently you have to check the Dashboard to be able to act on failures.
